Keep useful providers close.
Save practices and group them into lists for the locations and types of care your team uses.
For personal injury firms
Find the right contact. Keep the details your team needs. Make the path to a first appointment clearer.
Start with a public provider search. Add a Relay workspace when saved lists, notes, and firm preferences can help your team.
No account is needed to search or contact a listed practice.
What the search is for
Relay is building a directory for personal injury care and the attorneys who help people find it. Look for practice details about working with personal injury attorneys, letters of protection (LOPs), and documentation requests.
Payment information can include personal injury protection (PIP), medical payments coverage (MedPay), and LOP arrangements where the practice supplies it.
All listed practices accept LOPs. Confirm case-specific terms, PIP or MedPay billing, records requirements, and appointment availability with the practice.
An optional place for your workflow
Public search helps you find a contact. The planned workspace helps your team keep the provider information and next steps it wants to use again.
Firm workspace · In developmentSave practices and group them into lists for the locations and types of care your team uses.
Use private provider notes and saved searches so the next search does not start from zero.
Use approved firm access for shared provider notes, preferences, and LOP request settings.
The goal is to reduce repeated searches and unclear handoffs before the first appointment. LOP settings prepare a request template; they do not send a referral or confirm care. Case tracking and file sharing are planned.
Use what helps
Relay is designed to fit alongside the people and systems you already use. A workspace is optional. You can still call or email a listed practice directly.
